F1 PETRONAS AMG
As part of a two-day crew shoot for Wing Productions, we were asked to feed George Russell and Kimi Antonelli from the Mercedes F1 Team. Alongside our usual super-delicious crew food, we created two bespoke menus for the drivers, working to ultra-specific macros with guidance from their nutritionist in Germany—a fun challenge that let us add our own twist. On the final day, we made Kimi's favourite pasta, which he seemed to love. Now, we're not saying our food is the reason he went on to achieve five P1 finishes in a row... but you never know!
PORSCHE STOCKPORT
Porsche HQ asked us to create a Hotbox Grab & Go-style Christmas dinner for guests at the Porsche 100 Club and something they could enjoy while mingling without missing out on all the festive flavours. We packed every box with slow-cooked goodness, including roast turkey, all the trimmings, a creamy Dauphinoise potato made with locally sourced cheese, and a rich port jus. We even managed to stop admiring the new electric Cayenne long enough to focus on service, no mean feat in a room full of one of our favourite marques!
NIKE X MIND LAUNCH
We were approached by the brand activation agency that look after all things Nike UK, and first fed Team Swoosh at a major FIFA event for their Nike Ekin youth team—feeding 825 hungry, energetic footballers at St George's Park over a two-day activation. They then had us back at the new Nike HQ at Coal Drops Yard for the Nike Mind shoe launch. Over the two days, we provided super-healthy breakfasts and Danish pastries, mezze-style super salads for lunch, and Hotboxes for dinner, before the teams caught trains back to various parts of the UK
